R34 4dr Tail Lights

Hi,

Just wondering if the r34 tail lights on the sedan are different to the 2 dr models, and if they dont fit, has anyone actually tried.

yes the indicators are seperate and the case isnt the same as it doesnt have the line[dunno what to call it] through the side

I think they go a bit lower to? i'm not too sure... grab rear end pics of the coupe and sedan... but yeah i'm honestly not too sure they would fit

what i want to know is, if the stopetop lights are the same for coupe and 4dr as i am interested in replacing the stovetop lights. I dont mind keeping the indicators.

they are a different shape, look at the top bit and you will see the 4drs boot lid is wider at the top. also if you take off the cover your the lights are not seperate so changing to a coupe tail light will be hard

eg. of the tail lights internals for a coupe, as you see the around the tail lights are silver but they get covered by the tail light covers. highly doubt you can fit these into a 4dr.

Simple answer: R34 Coupe tail lights will NOT fit the Sedan Tail Lights, has been asked many times and been tested yet it doesn't fit, boot is different too.

to the above poster, i did do a search and i didnt find any threads about it or i wouldnt have asked. I can tell the obvious differences from the outside. The question i asked was, if the insides are interchangeable. And i got the answer.

Will cost you about 3.5k to make it fit. boot needs to be completely re-made. was quite close to doing it when I had my 34 and then I came back to reality.
