I Have Read And Confused What Spark Plugs

Sorry to ask but i am very confused after reading about spark plugs!

I have a r32 with rb25det with basic mods

fmic

fuel pump

full 3inch xforce exhaust

and hi low boost control 7 and 10 psi

I drive around mainly 7 psi but do use 10 psi every now and again!

I am getting new yellow jacket coils and want to change spark plugs, but what should I get??
