New Or Old Cars? What N Why You Prefer.

Just thought i'd start this post as i've just gone from a rx4-skyline.

A mate who trolls this forum has an rx3 which he thinks is all that but i have proven him wrong in every way.

Old cars are crap IMO thats why they are old! good to see, bad to own

Give me your thoughts.

Old cars are cool. New cars are mostly all wank and outragously expensive! I will be keeping my lil R32 GTSt, and in years to come it will sit next to an R31, a 68 Camaro and probably a Sierra Cossie!

im going to add that i love old cars, one day id love to own a 60's mustang, they are my favourite car. cant beat the shapes and styles of the old cars. im sure there are alot of advantages of a new car but im not a fan of alot of the styles and shapes of new cars these days.

2. EFI cars are not as collectable as Carbie cars.

I'm more of a fan of older cars. Most cars I like are between 8-30 years old, older than that I love but just probably wouldn't have the patience to deal with the ongoing maintenance. Older cars have more soul; less driver aids and more about the feel, sound and smell of the drive. I like that raw uncomplicatedness.

bad windscreen wipers, no a/c (or brakes), burnt dash and all this whilst practically going backwards if you keep it standard.

Mazda rx3's are for tools and rx4's are even worse.

buy a real car like a Maloo or an r33 GT-R - or even a big turbo niss like mine
