yeah...

thing is, i reckon just the switch needs to be replaced, because the non-auto switch doesn't go back the entire way like the auto-switch does, so I was just going to try an autoswitch in the non-autoswitch spot firstly ...

I was also planning to do this.... I figure I can wire something up for it. But the standard switch used would not suffice and I'd still need another "auto" switch anyway. If it's built into the switch, that'd be cool.

The Aussie S14a has the same electric window switches as the R33, anyone know if the auto switch is adaptable ?

The power window rollup modules available allow all windows to operate in a similar fashion up and down depending on how you use the switch. A quick press will trigger express and a longer one will allow you to stop where you want. I have only heard from my supplier about this module but have not fitted one. They would cost around $80 at a guess for 2 windows. Talk to a local shop that sells Viper alarms
