Iam currently waiting to receive my package in the mail, everything has been excellent so far, all my questions where answered by email, and the responses where very quick. Brent was the person who I was dealing with.

I'm they closed for the holiday season, & now should be back, as I received an email from brent yesterday. Overall I've bought many things from brent & had no issue at all. Apart from a slight delay, out of his control whilst waiting for the Power FC & HC.

neugen can be quite slow in replying emails. you might wanna consider comparing prices with greenline. they are faster in the replies and items are usually slightly cheaper. they are pretty reliable as well

I bought a set of R34 gtr wheels from Nengun. Can't say a bad word about the experience! awesome.

I'll be using them when I'm ready for some new gauges!

Heaps cheaper than Greenline, would recomend him to anyone. It only took a week for the part to arrive at my door. Will be using him again in the near future.

Yes I agree brent can be slow in replying to your emails "occasionaly", but are you looking to buy there and then on that day? Normally brent replies within 24hours, I think once in ten times he take a little longer. So what!!!

Got my camshafts thru Nengun(Brent),top service and very helpfull.It must be a pain in the ass with the emails,quotes,posting goods etc,etc.I take my hat off to him for doing what he does.

You should be able to get them through wothout extra charges but every now and them you will have to pay import duty and GST. It is just luck. I have bought several things from nengun and other places without a problem till my last package from Nengun which is currently held up in Customs. Just let Brent know when this happens and he will "help" you with the info you need.
