+1 to both of those above

HICAS is essentially a driving aid for inexperienced drivers, it is designed to induce understeer if you take a corner too fast (it reads speed and steering angle).

Big one for me was that I couldn't get it to change directions when doing burnouts on the brake, once it was sideways it would just want to crab down the road.

Locking HICAS and putting in a 2-way diff did wonders for the stability and predictability of the rear end.

Not a good idea for a street car though. For a drift car yes. Semi track/street car id suggest a 1.5 way as 2 is very aggressive.

Agreed, 2-ways have to be driven a particular way and that's not for everyone. Personally, I love my 2-way and wouldn't have it any other way :rofl:
