R33 Front Unibody Braces

The braces that strenthen up the front and bolt on to the door hinges and come forward, will R33 ones fit an S1? If so do they have to be for a 4WD 33? Or, does someone make them for Stageas? I found M35 ones.

Can not really answer your question, but R34 stuff seems to be more of a match on other things

Yeah or R34 I meant to ask. I've heard good things about these on flimsy bodied cars.

They do not look too hard to to make some. esp for us ozzies. Too expensive to ship some over.

I have my front guards off at the moment. Will have a look and see tonight

Had a bit of goodgle around

Ultra racing make them. approx $250au for a 3 point R34

It mentions they can be modified to fit R33

My guess they would either fit or need minor mods to fit the stagea as the AWD front end is pretty much R34/R33 suspension geometry hanec the chassis to be similar.

Thanks for the links. I was thinking about making some but if I can find some used ones for around $50 I'd pick them up instead if they'll fit.
