ok ive been on nistune.com and soldered everything except for the 4 wires.

on the type 2 installation guide it says the following

wire 1: closest to pad 61

wire 2: next pad

wire 3: next pad

wire 4: closest to pad 9

its got a pic and i can see where the wires go.

but this is obviously for an rb20.

i wanna use my rb20 ecu to run my rb25det (like many others have) just wondering it ALL the wiring and soldering is the same between the 2 coz the site doesnt say much

Did you end up sorting out a VCT controller?

If you need a hand or want to borrow the Consult cable and Nistune software, i'm in Girrawheen just let me know.

nah none of the ebay sellers ship internationally....just my luck lol

umm wats the consult cable n software for, tuning it?

coz yeah im no tuner i was gonna take it to allstar or hyperdrive. did u tune yours yourself?

if u got an rb20 ecu then follow the rb20 instructions...

removing the rb20 existing chip, i just cut all the legs off it then unsoldered each one at a time then solder-sucker out the holes.

consult cable would be for tuning/monitoring, but i wouldnt be trying to tune it yourself if you dont know what you're doing.
