Stuffed Map Sensor?

Hi,

I have an issue with my E8 ecu, it was working fine when I started to play around with rally antilag and after 2 minutes of turning the ignition on and off it started to run idle ruff and then it just cuts off, so I turned antilag off and it did the same thing.

I thought that I must have flooded the engine with fuel so I left it for a week and the car is still running ruff, so I replace the e8 with the factory ecu (afm is installed) and it idles perfectly fine.

Whats weird is with the E8 I can not load my old map, comes up as error, im wondering if I accidently over written the tune somehow (dont see how I didnt touch anything just the rally anti lag option) or I stuffed the map sensor (map is 2 years old and the car hardly gets used)

Since then I have installed new spark plugs, it still runs ruff like on 3 cylinders but wont stall.
