Hi there all, New to the site. I currently have a problem with my Series 1 gtst with a series 2 Rb25DET. It runs fine when cold but when it gets warmer it tends to feel as if its restricting somewhere.

Ive checked the CAS, Injectors, Computer, Spark plugs.

Im really stuck on this problem the only thing i have not done of the above is replace the Crank angle sensor( Altho it looks phyisically fine) which ill be giving a shot on monday, If anyone is able to lend a hand it would be very much appreaciated. Thanks jamie.

alright well first no one can really help much as that could be from anything,

what has been done to the car, ie aftermarket parts, have you done a tune up at all in the past while like spark plugs , fuel filter ect ect.

we need more info and how long has it been happening for.

tell us everything !!

What do u mean by restricting?

When does it feel like its restricting? (Revs/speed/boost)

Umm maybe your coilpacks but yeah I dunno jut give as much info as possible and someone on here should be able to sort it out

What sort of spark plugs does it have/did u replace them with?

does it splutter and stall? or just feel like it's asthmatic? . a few things for you to change imo would be the water temp sensor to the ecu , then the air sensor thingy on the exhaust that i can't remember the name of  , clean the afm out with co cleaner , check fuel pressure (actually, do that first ) , change fuel filter . ;)

Thanks for the replys guys, Ive also had the coilpacks checked and apprently are fine which is leading me to the CAS, It Defiently increases the problem when i run higher boost, The revs drop but not to stalling point normally sits about 1000rpm, Random drops to 500 on idle. Im thinking the CAS is internally damaged..

Aftermarket parts are the following:

3" Turboback Trust exhaust.

Turbo smart boost controller.

Power FC.

Garret GT30 turbo.

Bigger injectors.

Front mount intercooler.

Spitfire coilpacks.

Nismo Diff.

The restricting defiently feels like fuel/spark. Altho ive been told by the dyno results what is happening is my injectors are all switching off for like a milisecond, So im thinking earth/wiring problem Or Crank angle sensor =/
