Hi folks, I have been given a simota filter to put into my r33 gts-t, it currently has a cheap mushroom that i want to get rid of as i know they are no good for filtration.

The simota has been removed from its wrapping but never used. It seems dry, are these a dry filter or do they need to be oiled? if so can yuo use K&N oil?

also how do these rate for filtration compared with say your K&Ns etc, i know it wont be as good as a paper filter
