Recommended Posts

1 word - delfin

1 line - guy gets mad over parking spot cos office wanted him to move his car, waits for me cos i was the last person, threatens me, office, staff etc - is a drug dealer and criminal - was ready to kick my ass right then and there, but by some grace of god, im alive.

call cops? or not worth it?

Call cops for sure!

Cvnts like that already have a long list generally, so just adding another complain to the file is just what Police want/need

I would say definitely call the local police and get your boss to do the same. Even put letter in writing to officer in charge at local station. Best let them know what is going on and get that car park etc put onto their tasking sheet to regularly patrol. If they get checked and harassed by the locals then they will find somewhere else to hang out.

Hopefully when checked he makes ass out of himself and then makes himself big target to them. Everyone that has become a target for me has ended up remanded, charged number of times and or issued with multiple fines on number of occasions. Eventually they learned their lesson.

You can report the assault but for unlawful assault he will get absolutely nothing.

It just sums up society now days with the lenient courts and general lack of fear for police. I almost had to punch on with guy yesterday because I gave him parking fine. Went absolutely crazy. Not smart when your a P plater with no P plates, no licence on you and no ID. Ended up turning parking fine into 3 fines and arrest to confirm ID.

Then had another drunk deliberately go off at me on Sat night as I was simply driving past and wanted to punch on another mistake. We easily won the fight and locked him for the night. It just sums up the attitude of the public out there.

I'll be the first to say it's NOT safe and things won't change until we get more front line police and courts to give out some real punishment.

Call the cops.

If the cops know he's threatened you, and he knows they know, he won't do shit because it will come straight back at him. Plus like everyone's said he probably has a record and cops NEED people to come forward this shit like this so they can pin them down, don't let him get away with it.

When you leave, triple check the car park is clear, make sure the cameras are running and if you see anything suspicious call the cops.

Was he charged with anything? Getting locked up for one night seems so pathetic for trying to assault an officer.

i say about 50 of us sau guys should rock up 1 night and kick his ass... i for one believe in standing up for whats right, even if your the little man dont let no one take you down. remember, the bigger they are the harder they fall  On a serious note. call the cops he would of been just making up some of the shyt to scare you.

This is pretty much the only language a f**king monkey like this guy understands.

If the coppers know him so well then I can tell you they won't be bothering about trying to track down who it was that beat the shit out of him.

Altho, I too would begin by calling the cops.

Take a video camera to work, leave it in office window pointing at carpark, press record when you believe a deal is about to happen & again when you leave work. Turn on mobile ph recorder when out of site & proceed to your car-dont inflame a situation with giving him more ammo-be polite even if shit scared-DO NOT ARM YOURSELF.

Try not to inflame the situation too much when face to face with a dropkick like that, but know big guys love to have power over smaller people-gives them a power rush they obviously dont have at home when their missus continually beats on em for having a very small penis.

Druggies would normally know better than to direct attention to themselves like this & yes some coppers aren't worth a pound of spit-but then again most Police are worth the time & effort. Go file a report against this yahoo, even if the police cant do anything at the time-which they wont be able to due to no violence actually done only verbals, they will have something when this critter finally does get arrested by prior history of threats & generally being unfit for society.

Hope that helps a little

Are you still working in Lakeside, yes?

I can walk down there with a baseball bat if you like :(

Pakenham police are f**king useless anyway no point calling them.

Yeah still at lakeside - but working 2 projects. We found out today that glass doors were smashed last night.......so the PD and I are going to go to the cops to lodge a report.

yes, we are doing to lodge a complaint, so its on file atleast......but yeah...this is not good - the law is def not helping the good citizens

The best approach for this is easy, but will take balls.

Get your boss to advise everyone at the office of the threats made and that the business intends to take the matter to the police.

Ask if anyone objects to this coarse of action and offer an alternate working arrangement to those that do until the issue is all cleared up.

Once done, push it as far as you can go with the law, respond to every reprisal with the full extent of the law.

Dont back down, dont cower, dont compromise.

My ex brother in law is a dumb ass thug, he keeps threatening my sis and has his mates follow her when she objects. she then backs down. and you know what. it never ends.

Well it didnt until i told him that i'm watching him and if i catch a wiff of it again i'm delivering all the info i have to the cops, and that i or one of my family will do the same should there be any reprisal.

He's on a suspended sentence atm, so all it takes is a phone call and he's back in the nick, probably the same for the guys near your work. Once the police know of not only the threat, but also the threat of reprisal should you go to the cops, if anything happens after the report the cops know where to look.

This whole deal is riding on you guys not having the guts to call their bluff. Remember its a business thats reporting the issue, not just some hoon in a skyline, usual crap cop laws dont apply in the same way.

land mines.... do it :(

but seriously though.. do what the other people said.. and maybe fill a syringe with sauce and say you have aids next time they confront you

In all seriousness best not to provoke the matter. As nice as it would be to smash the kent, you do that and it just go's on and on, kinda like your note writing until something goes very wrong. You just end up in a hellish situation. Push it with the cops, once you report it if anything happens who to employees or the workplace, who is the first person they'll look at?

If that fails - vigilante law for sure. Burn the f**ken house down.

No Mohsen, not a good idea mate.

apart from not being able to string together an understandable sentence, i think you have the wrong idea of the publics attitude.

from what you write i presume you are a police officer?

and you are implying that the general public want to "punch on" (youre words not mine) police who are simply driving past?

Pull your head in mate, he's only offering advice - perhaps you should check the thread title and his user name?

Your opinion really means nothing coming from Tasmania anyhow, what would you know about public attitude towards cops on Melbourne streets? He's not implying 'general public' he was talking about a drunk guy looking for trouble. It's commonly noted that the general public have no respect for Police these days, myself included - they are always there to fine you but never there to help when needed but there are SOME good cops out there. No need to jump on your high horse.

I think he's got the right idea BXAFTW. People just aren't afraid of police or any authority anymore. They know that there's a ton of legal issues at hand when police resort to brutality, they know their "rights" so to speak. All you have to do is look at how younger kids don't give a shit about older kids these days...when I was younger we were shit scared of people who were 1 or 2 years older than us.

He's not saying everyone wants to punch on with police, because obviously not everyone does, and on the same note not everyone is a criminal, but in a society where some people do want to punch on with police (and these are the type of people we want to be scared of police) it certainly reflects that there isn't much fear of them anymore.
