Hey Mark!

drag racing every wednesday night at WSID

drifting is now done at wakefield, EC skid pans and sometimes WSID car park.

projectD is a good site to check out for drifting. you can even use their cars!

Otherwise for track days SAU NSW has a wakefield day in July.

We also hold motorkhana's called "texi's" and these are all for new and old drivers in any car in a controlled environment which is 100% LEGAL!!

best to join the club, get ya CAMS licence and do some days with us!

Thanks very much for your help guys cant wait to get amongst it.

I've just finished off my rb26dett engine conversion in my 32 (built and tuned by JPC in melbs)

Spent a bloody stupid amout of coin on this engine but havn't had a chance to get it back out on the track with the new setup as yet

Just in the process of geting my car shipped over from tas atm so look forward to geting out there very soon.

Oh and by the way how are the cops over here with modified cars? Or is that a silly question?

The cops over here are great.......as long as they DONT see the car or look under the bonnet you shouldn't have a problem. LOL

sorry I couldn't resist

Unfortunately no drift days have been held there yet and apparently it won't be going ahead anymore, complaints have ALREADY been made about the idea and it looks like nothing will be happening at the carpark anymore.

Barely any drift days are held at Wakefield anymore aswell, but Eastern Creek have corners 4-12 available to drift on about once a month or so with the club DrivingSports.

So in all honesty how bad are the police?

My car has not been engineered with the new engine twin turbo combo and will retain the tas rego for as long as possible.

It has a uras kit with 17x10's all round so the wheels do hang out the gaurds slightly? Im living in manly vale area.

An aggressive body kit and wheel stance is always going to grab attention no matter where you live.

My advice, drive it like it puts out 3kW and keep it away from Manly, especially on the weekends :P
