Selling A Car To Someone In Your State

hey all im from sau-vic, a buyer is real keen on purchasing my S13 i built from scratch to a lil performance piggy. ofcourse having bigger hidden turbo, injectors, coilovers etc etc.

Is anyone able to provide me with information on what your ALLOWED & NOT ALLOWED to have. because i have had some people from SA tell me your not allowed a vehicle with coilovers etc etc could someone link me the laws or provide me with a bit more information as i am unfamiliar with other state laws!

in SA you can modify your car as much as you wan't, cops don't mind
