Q. Are these brand new

A. No I bought them second hand but they'd only done literally 2000km's, they are in immaculate condition.

Q. Spring rate..

A. Sorry mate, don't know, they are quite hard though

Q. Are they height adjustable? Location?

A. Yes they are height adjustable. Located in Darwin but am happy to freight. Backs are still in bubble wrap as I didn't ever put the backs on. Only had the fronts on few two weeks before putting TEINs on.
