R32 Gtr Steering Wheels

Hi All

I've bought what is my 3rd steering wheel for my 1989 GTR. I finally got an immaculate one. I was told that they were all the same for all years (not from the seller). Well, I found out they aren't. Is there a way to fit later model wheels to the earlier cars? It seems there are some differences to the boss and how the trafficator unit lines up. Will this stuff up my self-turn-off on the indicators?

It's pretty frustrating after finally tracking down a good one.

some pics of the rear of the 2 different types of steering wheels would be interesting. might help your cause too.

Thanks Tony. I sorted this by using a combination of the two steering wheels. The main difference is the way the horn pad works. The later ones have a less defined GTR logo in the centre of them too (I used the early one for this), and are smaller and lighter. Best of both worlds.
