Boost Turbo Question R32 GTST & AVCR help!!!

Hey its boost time now for my R32 GTST (RB20DET)

just wondering what boost is ok for the stock turbo (i heard 14psi) with the current mods:

Greddy FMIC kit

Apexi AVCR

High flow K&N filter (air box)

HKS Blow Off Valve

3 inch exhurst

Aftermarket Fuel pump (good for at least 14psi)

Also i set up the AVCR and set it to .8bar and 38% boost duty which seems to boost .95bar max, it seems to pull right up to full boost very early is this ok for the stock turbo? I change through the gears and the turbo just kicks into full boost very quicklly is that ok or am i just used to stock boost and stock accelleration speed boosts?

What duty set up do you guys have for say a 13psi sort of setup?

And what sort of boost doesn a high-flow'd RB20DET turbo support?

change the boost to 0.95 and set duty to about 45% and moniter it. if it doesnt reach targert then up the duty, if it goes over your target then lower the duty cycle.

intill you get the right amout and when you do that it will go into self learning mode.
