anyone have any ideas on cleaning white engine bay i have a clean engine but on the firewall and towers have a black film of dirt it does not come off with degreaser, it does come off with oven cleaner if its sprayed on and rubbed off but just wondering if anyone knows of a easyer way to remove it.i have tryed spraying the cleaner directlty on the dirt and use pressure cleaner that wont budge it maybe a job that i will just have to do by hand but thought i would ask if anyone had any ideas

I Have set of 32GTR caliper`s ,100,000 of brake dust & all other shit ,sprayed with MR SHEEN left 5/6 min`s wipe off & polish up ,here`s before & after Photo.

You could use sugar soap that cleans amazing but idk if it will mess up your paint work. I have used it on a mates old old car that had been gather dirt an tree stuff for 5 months 1st wash got 90% off, paint is ok atm. Dont over power it. An i prob wouldnt use it on a new car just to save risks. If the oven cleaner works keep to it?
