Hey guys im just wonder who has done this in perth so far. I know the guys at Ultratune in whitfords have done a couple of budget ones. I think Ken said he was doing one, i was just wondering how it was going, Im considering Going full house piston and rods. Also has anyone got the vvti head working with the 3 litre bottom end? I know this thread is in performance section but most of these guys are Eastern staters im looking for a more local outlook.

I know that Stevie Lee, who works with Steve at SST has just about finished one, and there a few more in the pipeline aswell, I'm eagerly awaiting the results from this too.

I know for a fact that ken is building a

rb30 with rb25 heads - they r would like 2 make around 400 on the dyno, then they will sell that kit after it is done
