conzult does a bit more than ecutalk does. i'm not sure whether it's conzult or datascan that allows you to switch off cylinders 1 at a time, enter the ecu into base timing/idle mode and even temporarily play around with the timing and fuel settings

obd scantech is free and allows you to do that also. only thing that comes to mind that obd scantech doesnt have is map tracing, but theres probably some other stuff datascan has.

full conzult is only for Z32. there is conzult-sx for non-z32, but still question the worth of that unless you've tried obd scantech/ecutalk combo and there is something conzult-sx has that you must have.
