Got mine from Dr Drift, have never been given a bum steer from Sam so I trust what he says & it does perform rather well, alot less intake noise than the HKS piece of crap I had on there

Meh, I read the same article and got myself a 3A pod.. Have had it for almost a year and it has performed fine, sounds fine and only cost me $30 from Motoquipe..

Yeah it's old news, give it a shot and you won't be disappointed for $30.

If you're too nervous I would trust K&N above the stock filters for $100.
