Non Genuine Nissan Gaskets?

hey guys i bought i turbo kit and it come with new gaskets but they arent genuine

they are like this?

its only the manifold to turbo im worried about as ive got tomei manifold gaskets

yeah I really don't like that style. the factory ones are expensive but well engineered....turbo gasket blowouts are a PITA.

personally I would not use those ones.

I bought these ebay ones, copy of the factory styles and they look oK

if its only 1 gasket between turbo and manifold then just use the ones you've got, not all that hard to change if it eventually does pop. if it was manifold to head then definately genuine

Ok its in the U.K. but Nissan wanted silly money for this gasket when I needed to do mine. I actually paid half this for the same one @ 9.99 about $17.50 delivered.

Junk absolute junk.

Only use the genuine style thick metal versions, and they will be on for life. If you get stuck i will look out back for a pair.
