there are lots of things that could be causing it. injectors leaking, fuel pressure regulator not holding the correct pressure (could be an issue with vacuum/boost leaks), coolant temp sender, any other error codes which could be putting you into safety maps, o2's etc. if you have access to Consult or Datascan then that can help diagnose any sensors that might be causing the issues. i wouldn't be tuning it until you've made sure you don't have any other issues.

300 for me normally and ive replaced o2 sensor and hardly any change =/

I get around 320 - 330 when my light comes on, I drive in stop start traffic everyday to work though. It has always done around that even with regular servicing...
