When I upgraded my turbo I disconnected the coil packs so it wouldnt start and then turned it over to get oil pressure then shut car off. After about 5 or so turn overs getting full oil prssure each time. I gatherred there would be oil through the bearings and then reconneted the coil packs and fired her up. No weird noises.

liquid moly have a product that you squirt into the oil feed before you connect the lines which is quite good but other than that just pull either the fuel pump fuse or the injection control fuse and crank it over till you have oil pressure on the guage and do that a couple of times and all will be good
