Different Offset And Affects On Handling

Does anyone know if running different offset front to rear will have any negative affects on handling? (increase understeer)

I will be running +4 at the front (17x9.5) and +19 at the rear (17x9.5)

cant see why you will have an issue unless its a gtr not sure how the awd works wth that stuff

ive got 9.5 + 15 and 10 +20 no issues at all, why u going same size rims all round?

The more trackwidth you run at one end relative to the other will help promote grip at that end. In terms of the effect it has on balance I would regard it as being small with the kinds of numbers you are talking about.
