Standard Wheel Width On R33 Gtr?

Hi all,

I'm a proud new owner of a Midnight R33 GTR which I bought off another forum member here. Bought it from VIC so I'm currently getting a blueslip and engineering cert to pass rego in NSW.

Met the engineer assesor today and he was concerned with the width of my wheels. They are 18" BBS gold rims and are 10" wide. He said If my car weighs over 1200kg's then I'm allowed to go 2 inches over the original wheel width and keep my rims on to pass rego.

Searched around but couldnt find much info on the original wheels specs for the R33...

Does anyone know the original wheel width?

also, there should be a plate/sticker on your centre console or drivers door jamb with the standard wheel size which the complier is meant to add when it is imported.

Great! thanks for the info. I did notice there was a white sticker on the drivers side door jam, but didnt really read. Will check it out tomorrow. Will help my engineer alot!
