DR30RS
From Lee Sanders RX3 to Ants GTR to Eddie Tassones Commodore, all must be given equal respect for their presentation and performance.Although a biased opinion will always come from a one make forum. (just tell me if im speaking crud though!) Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/32243-ant-and-simon-sst/page/3/#findComment-661442 Share on other sites
GTS-t VSPEC
DCIEVE, I like all performance cars, be they Jap, V8's, rotory etc. But the V8's were given just as much opportunity to win as any other car there, and weren't restricted in any way, so were happy that a Skyline won, seeing as the majoiry of us own Skylines:D Yes there are plenty of cars that can make alot more power, but most cars like that aren't driven to the event like the majority of Motorvation entrants. Ant's GTR is very drivable on the street, which he does at any opportunity. zanda
...... Ant's GTR is very drivable on the street, which he does at any opportunity. I've said it before, Ive seen ant's R on the streets around my house many times, and his driving is pretty bloody responsible. I'm always impressed. I remember sitting behind a pack of yahoos in a bogadore who got shitty at him crawling along at 50 in a 50 zone.... ...but then maybe when you've got a car like that you've got nothing to prove anyways... on the issue of v8s vs imports, it's becoming a bit bloody passe. to carry on raving about them like theyre neoliths from a different planet is ultimately pretty counterproductive isnt it?
