C210 Bushes/suspension

I got my front end bushes changed over the last 2 days as well as 2 new ball joints, wheel alignment and grease up.

The suspension place says they can't find any bushes for the rear, and suggested other datsuns may have the same or similar bushes/ setups.

I'm also looking for camber/caster kits as well (for when i lower, fix current camber) and have come across some people called KMAC who make a camber/caster front and rear kit for the c210 which also fit the 510, 610, 1600, 180B, 200B, 240K and R30 Skyline.

Are the suspension setups pretty much the same between these vehicles and could i use bushes from these to put into mine?

geometry is different on all models but the bushes are the same, just make sure that it is the irs verion of the car you buy them for as most(if not all) of those models did come with live axle as well.
