dude, been there done that, i know how ya feeling. lost it around a corner at 70km, hit a power pole, rebounded onto another pole and that was it !! car died, walked away from it and no insurance, it was a 32 gtst.

now i got my 2nd r32, completely stripped the wrecked one and put it all together with the same engine that almost killed me. whole process took me 10 months to do. 1 year anniversary is coming up Feb 8th.

whats done is done, try to salvage wat u can, get yourself together and move on :-(

btw - i was running a gt2530 aswell........coincidence.......???

I'm with you. But you have to admit he killed it in style, could not have done it better myself :(
No, no, no... I was trying to say that we have one less R33 GT-R on the streets now. I couldn't care less how long MINES is grounded for, or how many times he has to give his Dad foot massages to make up for it as a result of his "driving"... all I care about is the fact that *a GT-R has been killed*...
This must be the most exciting threads i've read so far. I can't believe a guy 20 years old wrote off an R34 and then an R33 GTR.

I know its bad it happened on a public road and maybe more care should have been taken, but damn i think he is one cool kid.

There are alot of jellous people around and don't let them put you off. I say your doing well. Who hasn't owned a skyline and broken the speed limit before?

I hope this is sarcasm.... :werd:

Oh i was more concerned no one was injured.

Sorry mate, i've got sympathy for the GT-R, but not much for you. You should just consider yourself lucky that you a) didn't injure anyone else and B) didnt injure yourself. Like others said, a few more K's on the speedo and that pole would have taken the car AND you out.

A car like a GTR demands respect, and while i know we all make mistakes, you really need to learn from them or else there isn't much point in having them. Good luck in the future, i hope you learn from this.
