Front Pipe For Rb26

I was wondering what your experiences are with front pipes, I am thinking about getting a Just Jap stainless front pipe are these any good? They seem cheap compared to others, Is it because its not a big brandname?

they wont be the same quality as the blitz/hks options but with front pipes JJR should be ok

what dump pipes are you using?

Using standard dumps, 3in JJR de-cat and 3in fujitsubo Jasma catback

You can get jap brand ones on ebay for a bit more. i this it was access autoworks who sell them.

i bought and installed JJR front pipes to my GTR in Feb along with a 3" high flow cat...i also wrapped mine with exhaust wrap to keep the temperature down.

they come with new gaskets/bolts and bolted up with no problems, they are a good upgrade for the price, i noticed my car boosted sooner/harder/louder

no probs with em, each pipe is about 60mm in diameter (inside) and merge to 76mm, the japanese ones are 70mm into 80mm

ps. stock ones are 45mm inside diameter ! hahaha

Got one on my car, works great. Car makes 320rwkw with this front pipe in place (hks dumps, garrett -5's, injectors, fuel pump, afm)

Awesome thanks for the Input guys JJR front pipe here I come. Atm the car is pretty stock power wise but has had handeling mods done. I would like to eventually make 250-280 awkw but that will be years down the track.

Nah, you do dumps when you replace turbos, not whey you're changing front pipe.

titanium = drools....but besides been lighter and very expensive, whats the difference between them and a nice set of stainless ones ?

Not sure about those springs, It seems heaps of the titanium stuff has them.

Should be able to have those ones above del for maybe just over 1k.

Titanium is for track.

Would crack on road, ie scraping or w/e.

That's right. Titanium is cool - light and strong. But unfortunately a very brittle metal. The springs and sleeve is to allow a little flex - or else it would just crack under the flex and vibration.
