Changin A Factory Radiator To Aftermarket

hey guys, just some help, whats the difficulties of changing a factory radiator to a aftermarket radiator?

Depending if its a china spec aftermarket radiator, majority of them have a smaller water temp sensor thread. So will have to modify it to fit the factory sensor.

If its a larger radiator, the shroud will not have enough clearance and you may need to trim it and/or replace the thermo fan with a different size etc

I have an aftermarket radiator being fitted onto my car now, needed to buy a new thermo fan and trim the shroud.

Yeah shroud is a problem with a wider radiator. I slotted the bolt holes in the top metal brackets so i could pull the radiator further away from the fan, and that was enough.
