What Engine Mounts To Use

i am putting a rb30det in2 a 180sx and am using an rb20 crossmember and engine brackets.

what engine mounts are u all using?

i have been told that ford cortina engine mounts will make the engine sit the lowest,has any1 used these?and any idea on the part number,

i have looked in a engine mount book and there are 2sizes of cortina mounts, and its just the thickness of the rubber, 1 is 35mm and the other 45mm, a stock r32 engine mount is around 45mm.

i dont understand how using a cortine engine mount will make it sit lower when the mount bolts onto the cross member on an angle.

any info u can give would be good, i dont wanna have to get custom mounts,or drill what i have

look up toyota or mitsubishi l300 van engine mounts. a mate used them and they looked to be around 25mm. i dont remember what model they were from. it was an early 90's model from the wreckers

I used RB30 mounts and redrilled the brackets to lower the engine.
