hey guys due to circumstances related to my business i am looking at selling my second skyline ;)

genuine reason for sale

1989 R32 Gts-t Imported (185,000km) driven less than 20,000km in the 6 years it has been in australia, for 3.5 of those years it was off the road. only been driven in the last 4 months bout 6000kms

The car was bought with the intention of building one of the toughest r32s retaining the rb20 engine alot of the work was already done on the motor in japan before buying it. i had ever intention of taking it down the quarter mile and to the track but have just never go around to it, been very busy with work.

The car is registered with an engineers certificate and i have not even been pulled over for a random breath test in the 4 months of driving.

This car is not for the faint hearted, 270kw at 19psi (safe),

Modifications

Exterior

Custom Paint job in 2pac Orange, R32 Gtr Front bar with silver mesh hiding the intercooler, Black crystal Corner indicators with led lights, unsure of side skirts and rear bar as they came with the car but believed to be vertex, also have a spare r32 gtr boot with wing and rear bar (both in black) will be included

Brand new Tyres (when the car got resprayed the wheels got powder coated fresh as well) unsure of brand but are lightweight and would be good for track use

Interior

Pinoneer top of the range speaker front and back, sub and amp (all purchased when the car was registered in March of this year)

Pioneer Dvd Player with Ipod Adaptor

Mongoose M80 series alarm and imobiliser (ADR approved)

R33 Gtst Seats practically brand new not a mark on them

Momo Steering wheel

Nismo Gear Knob

Engine temp Gauge

Blitz Dual Spec Boost Controller

Blitz Turbo Timer

Engine

The Car only has quality parts and dollars have been spent....

Rb20 (not 100 percent sure of internals although it is believed to have been stroked to a 2.2ltr and the motor has been built)

rb25 gearbox

Hks Cam Gears

HKS twin plate clutch (bites hard)

Blitz Return flow Intercooler (with custom piping)

Greddy Tdo6 20g Turbo kit and manifolds

external wastegate & screamer (will frighten even the passenger)

3inch full exhaust sytem to a 5inch cannon (is engineered with out a cat lol) but in seriousness i bought a cat capable of holding the power level just never got around to putting it on will be included in the sale.

Apexi Pod Filter (enclosed in custom made box)

Apexi Power FC (with Hand Controller) (located in glove box)

Gtr Diff with racing castor Arms and custom LSD (came out of a 800hp engine package my brother bought from a half cut) handles the power with ease

Tien Coilover suspension allround, i believe it is adjustable but i have never had to.

It has been serviced twice in the last 4 months of driving it once before registering it again and the other just over a month ago.

there is probably more i have missed.

Pictures (the car is actually dirty in the pics from all this rain we have been having) shows how good the paint job is

Not really looking at a trade unless it is for a cheap run around car and more than 10 grand cash as the money will be going back into the business

I would love for it go to one of you fellow SAU as i know it will be looked after and cared for the way it should be

Yt i cant believe your selling it after all the work you have put into it D:

I Have been a passenger in this beast and it was unreal! Maybe you should mention that with this power it breaks traction in 3rd gear in dry conditions and pops flames out the back ?

If i get rid of mine you know youll be getting a call! Goodluck with the sale, you know your going to regret it...

Hey mate, I'm Interested! Saw it on carsales the other day, but cant afford 15k. is 8-10k a possibility? Was it started regulary when you wernt driving it? was it hard to get it started again? did it seize?

    • If doing that ^, I'd take the idle up valve out and plug the hole in the pump.
    • You can try capping the power steering idle up valve at both ends if it's old. The valve and the intake manifold. That is something that is known to fail in Toyotas with age and it will suck power steering fluid into the intake and burn it in the engine which can cause issues. Then bleed it again with engine off first. Do like 30+ lock to lock turns with the front wheels off the ground.
    • Hi Brent, I am wondering if you ever worked this out? I have upgraded this unit to a newer one and everything works bar the reverse camera, so i really want to know what plugs are what so I can patch the camera through. many thanks in advance Mike
    • Once you have to get up in the morning and be useful, you suddenly value sleep it turns out :p
    • Update:   smoke test all pipes no issues cleaned reservoir   fluid put in ( dexron 3 atf)   steering turn side to side and could hearing  gurgling from steering rack which I assumed was air lock, opened one of the steering rack connections and could see loads of air getting pushed out( not sure if you meant to do that / whether it will re introduce air into system)   anyways, loads of side to side sound was gone. Turned car on, pump was slightly ( barely) wining so turned side to side few more turns and fluid level when car on was almost none in resorvoir which I guess is normal if car is one. Turned car of and fluid was gushing out. Almost 200-300cc was pushed out. Repeated engine off side to side followed  by engine on and same result       going mad now. It seems system is either sucking air in whilst on or there is tons of air which I am not giving it enough time to bleed. Thoughts?   would it work like brake caliper if I open steering rack copper pipes and let gravity pull all air out?   or maybe have a restriction somewhere? What is the red circled item, could that be blocked? It i
