1999 R34 Gt-t...

I was cruzing along then out of the blue the dash warning indicators flash up ,, and it sounded like she was running on 4 cylinders... last service was about 5000ks ago and is due ,, but is there any ideas to what it is? it came right on the limp home.. suspions maybe ecu,, electrics.. ??

Probley easy in the future to use the SEARCH button as this has been covered atleast 20 times.

90% chance it is your coil packs as these are the warning lights for that.. Replace with splitfires and will sort it.

Good idea to get the obdII scanned to check the error first.

Good luck with it. Also had this problem not long after i got my R34..

I had this exact problem mate, changed over to Splitfires like Andy advised and have never had a problem since. Scared the hell out of me when mine did it, just sounded like a Wrx and ran like sh*t. Good luck mate, you can change them over yourself not too hard just a little fiddly because you have to remove a thousand things to get to the friggin coilpacks - if you need new sparkplugs it would probably be a good time to do it all at once.
