You could drive the thing around the corner to the milk bar and never think it was more than a clear bodied factory car (except for that little S/C whine)

Quite a lot actually.

Ever since being in the BMW/Euro scene and looking at forums from the US etc it's amazing how "cheap" a lot of Jap wheels are in comparison to the Euro wheels. Make sense though. If you have a $200,000USD Porsche, $4000 wheels just aint up to par lol.
