hi guys,

I have a v35 sedan 2003 model , i backed up to a pole and now the rear bumper is bent, i dont think nissan will have it as a spare they didnt even have the breaks...

does any one know if it can be fixed? it has gone in 5-6 cm. if not where can i purchase one?

there are plenty on ebay but those ones look worse than the one i already have .

Regards

Raymond

Hi Raymond,

I had the same problem and fixed it by using a hair dryer heating the dent and it gradually popped out. Even though the polymer is glass filled it responded to heat as most thermoplastics do - they have a memory and generally reform to the original formed shape. You will have a very slight crack in the paint but that can be fixed. Good luck
