top quality cars top quality price

i haven't heard anything else so if your gut it ok then go for it

don't bother with the 3 yr extended warranty 95% of what could go wrong with the car isn't covered it should take about $900 off the cost

People say that they have heard bad stories from Redline. But my R32 was sold by them back in 2002, and Vince from Import Compliance Systems has been over it and said its one of the the best GTSt's he has seen to date... Would I buy a car from Redline? Yes.

Ok, first of all the topic title "Dealer" is just stupid - you need to make the title state exactly what the topic is about, and what you want to ask.

Secondly this has been covered 1,000,000 times before .... ALWAYS use the search function.

Thirdly, the guys selling at Redline have always struck me as arrogant fools, and the cars are stupidly overpriced IMHO.

That is all.

What are peoples impression for Redline Motorsports?

I'm looking at buying a car from them tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!

What car you after exactly? Id trowl through car sales and call a few that you like (interstate also), always ask the relevant questions ie service history, auction papers, export certificates etc

If you have a good feeling then organise an inspection through a mechanic, RAA or state roads depending on where the car is located. All goes well, seriously think about purchasing.

Paid top price for my 33 through them.

Had to go back twice for majour warranty repairs, both times the repairer tried to sell me on extras and both times the repairs were not carried out to satisfaction.

That being said they gave me a lot more for my trade-in than I was expecting, and the guys provided great pre-sales service and reasonable after-sales, car was presented very well and I suspect it had a cheapo respray after landing here which is now starting to flake in some spots, although I can't say for sure that was thanks to Redline.

    • I have to put something here in order to post the photos. From what I could gather there's more enthusiasm for modified cars now than there has been for years. There were probably more younger people there than older (me included lol) which was a good sign.  It did seem like the record least amount of representation of the 90's era hero cars on display though. Like maybe one or two examples of S-chassis Nissans, and maybe 3 or 4 R-chassis. By comparison there were a lot of Civics from that era but in all there were about 10 - 12 EG/EK Civic Type R.  Euro exotics are always there in large numbers, led by Liberty Walk...... say what you will about kids using markers to scribble on a Ferrari F40, it did seem like a stunt to infuriate Ferrari enthusiasts, or Ferrari itself. I wonder if there's something more to it. Either way LBWK have done some heinous things to a Lamborghini Miura this time. They should stop now.
    • Engines and drivelines are not war stoppers for me mate, busted arse bodies and un-obtainium parts and panels are though Both cheap Brumbies I looked at had trashed tubs and a fair bit of rust
    • Stock O2 sensors are narrowband. They're useless once you're away from stoich. IE, useless for what you're trying to do. 10:1 will read the same as 14:1 from the stock O2 sensors. That is, they'll read rich. The same level of rich.
    • I agree once misfires happen it's basically worthless, but the hope is you can see what's happening in the run up to that.
    • You should totally get a Brumby, and then come pick up the Subaru Liberty GTB I have here. EJ25 Turbo, 6 speed manual from the sti (just no dccd), and the good rear diff. Drop all that into a Brumby and go have fun!
