Standard Skyline Flywheel

I talked to Jim Berry today and he's going to do up a clutch for me (single organic with a Full Monty pressure plate was what I believe he said), but he wants me to track down a standard Nissan flywheel. The only thing is I have NO experience in buying parts and I don't want to get the wrong one. Can anyone help me out?

I think I've got a twin-plate clutch so Jim seems to think that it would have a different flywheel. I don't know since I'm not a mechanical person and I haven't looked at it (since I wouldn't know what I was looking at anyway).

I don't recall the exact figure but I think it was something like $700 all up, and he might give me a bit back if my old clutch is worth something.
