Removing Sump R33: Rb25

Hey guys,

I've been trying to find the answer to this all night and I have yet to find a post that definitively says yes or no. Anywho, can you remove the sump from an RB25 in the R33 without lifting or removing the engine? It would seem that the sump itself could slide out by just taking out the sway bar, but would the pickup in the sump be in the way?

easy one. no you cannot. been there tried that pickup gets in the way

I have done it by undoing the engine mounts and jacking the engine up as far as it goes there is just enough clearance PITA job though...
