Hey all.

Need a 14-15" laptop bag, must be able to fit a notebook or two, basic tech tools, HDD's without stretching.

Had no luck with Myer/DJ's/JB/Apple Store at chady today.

Needed this weekend.

Any ideas?

Crumpler are the best bags I have found, to suit all different kinds of use. Awesome durability and design... They make notebook bags in all sizes and they don't look like notebook bags from the outside which is a plus.

try msy in box hill

thx, but they are flamin mongrels.

nice quality, but look like they are aimed at school kids.

mwave.com.au

pretty cheap but quality lappy bags. I've got a couple of belkin bags from there. Also Harris Tech does some cheap deals from time to time too.

thanks, but need something i can walk in and grab. will see it HT is open tomorrow.

Lol @ MSY. It's either MSY or CPL, which one is the lesser of two evils? :D I've found MSY generally to have much better customer service.

Fair call re Crumpler they have some outrageous designs I stick to the more conservative colourways.

Scorptec for warranty/service!

wtf... warranty/service on a bag?

look it up on the internets, take your laptop in, jam it in when you get there, if it fits, buy it.

i meant in general....

Ended up back at Myer looking at Samsonite stuff, got a $230 one for $115. Best I could find to fit everything without going to a backpack style, or the bigger samsonite range that would be that bit big for day to day.

I get work to buy them and I love Targus backpacks. They're around $70-$140, but the quality is top notch. Very well made and rugged.

Find the model you want, then go to www.staticice.com.au and search on it. That will do the shopping around for you in a few seconds.

its funny you mention warranty on a laptop bag. they can actually be faulty :P in my experience have seen a few laptop bags be replaced within warranty (stitch faults etc). you never ever know!!

ever!!
