got bad backfires at 4500 5500 rpm thinks its the coilpacks because ive had my plugs changed and its not them. ne other ideas?

Not if he is running stock boost? And I believe 0.8mm is the optimal gap?

1.1mm is a better gap, but theres not many stock coilpacks out there that'll fire that gap under full load. a temporary fix until you get better coils is to gap the plugs down until it stops blowing out spark. i used to have myne gapped down to .5mm with the standard coils
