Road Worthy Certificates

Hi Fellas,

Ive just bought myself a runaround that I dont want to spend to much money on since i just use it from home to the train station or short distances. I need to get a road worthy done for the car to transfer it in my name. Is there anyone that can point me to places where the person doing the roadworthy might "Overlook" a few things.

Can you please let me know, at worst case PM me if you dont want to give out the name aloud
