Those Kkr Stealth Coolers.

Any body tried or has these, 400$ and black..look ok, are they...or are they crud...

Also what are legality worries with fitting them, heaps of people run these coolers that require cutting holes in the car, does that mean all those cars are unroadworthy??

Had second hand cooler and nistune deals fall through , running out cash, but turbo is fitted and need something so it'll work.......

I searched and found nothing(anywhere) and with 4100 new topics every month i figured 1 more wouldnt hurt too much
