Hey hey - if you read the Tassie section on NS you'll see this kind of post over there as well...

My R33 is needing some work done to it in the near future - rear main seal, clutch, and probably headgasket due to the mysteriously disappearing coolant that is not going into the oil and has no coolant leaks that I can find.

Where abouts in Launceston does good work at reasonable prices?

If theres nowhere that's really recommended I can always take it out to Westbury Engineering due to it being in my extended family nonsense.

I'm thinking while I'm getting the rear main seal done I might as well do the clutch at the same time - no idea what clutch is in the 33 at the moment, probably a standard one from the feel of it, very light in terms of pedal feel - and am just after some recommendations on what kind of clutch? It's still stockish in terms of engine and power, only things done are pod filter, r34 side mount intercooler and a cat back exhaust, so I'm not making huge huge power. Heavy duty clutch or a sports organic or something? Not going to do any drifting in it, but might do some track days in the future.

Cheers,

Rob
