R34 Gt Front Brakes

Hey all, my girlfriends 98' R34 Coupe GT (manual n/a 25) is in need of some new front rotors.

DBA and all the searching i did on here say that they are same as R33 gtst which are 296x30mm

Although the ones on the car are 280mm which i then thought ok, they are similar to R32 gtst, but these are listed with a width of 30mm.

The rotors on this are only ~26mm wide, so i looked those up and the closest i can find is R32T/R33 GTS-4 @ 280x26mm.

Whats the go here? why can i find no reference to an R34 having 280x26mm rotors on the front on SAU, or anywhere else for that matter? Has some noob downgraded the standard brakes? because the car was stock as a rock when we bought it though.

dba are hopeless, they list the wrong disc size for the rears of hr31's, wouldnt surprise me if they've got the wrong impression with other models too...

You might have to go genuine nissan.

The guy at the dealer says it is the same as the early model 350z/v35/maxima (non-brembo) - don't quote me on that though.

I just bought the rotors from nissan and away I went - no issues.
