Oh I see its using the same units as the Torque.

Its crap because the difference between 10 and 15 in afr is massive whereas on that graph its only 5% of the chart.

yea its annoying when trying to check just where its at for the afr.

i thought i just explained the valve spring issue.......

your asking the standard spring to pull the valve shut with 3 times the boost pressure acting against it. It was not designed to do this. You might also want to research what cams will fit without major head modification. remember it is still a hydraulic engine.

i honestly think you are chasing a unicorn mate, your graph shows excellent power/torque in the mid range and tapers off towards top of rev range. this is typical of a turbo falling out of its efiiciency range. big turbo cars dont make the mid range power you are making, and at the end of the day it is more usable power anyway. who cares about the peak figure.

give it a run and i think you will be happy.

unfortunatly no valve spring upgrade done, thought about it at the time of build but was informed they are relativly good from the start, but if i end up pulling the head again which is on the cards then a valve and cam upgrade are on the cards, bullit cams and somewhere around the 282deg area will be where im looking. there are a few other cars on this site making big power with standard motors and huge turbos so cant see why i really need to change valve springs.
