Need A Replacement Alarm Keyless Remote Unit (transmitter?)

so my alarm unit died, well actually broke in spectacular fashion and i need a replacement...

its a hornet 725m and the manual that came with it is in japeneise so it doesn't help much. Does anyone know of somewhere in vic i can contact to go about getting a replacement, i can access the box quite easy under the dash if that helps.

Hornet alarms are from Directed Electronics USA

low end versions of Python, Viper

would upgrading the alarm be as simple as plugging in a new 1 to the existing harness, not too keen on spending a great deal of cash on this issue (im a student)

since it has one in it, it would speed up the process if it's "installed right". some plug and play some don't, depends on your features etc.

but I doubt the current alarm is Oz standards for insurance reasons

if not you can still get the remotes from Directed Electronics dealers, some can get expensive , did you change the battery and try it again ? most take a 12volt battery, about 2 bucks or less

you can never have enough security for a Skyline !!!!!!
