Any One Know The R33 [ C U By ]

Well going to work yesterday saw nice black r33 his plates are [ C U BY ] wondering if he is on SAU or if anyone knows him and where he got his tail lights from i never saw them before they look sexy as.

They had like a black layer around the outside i dont know if they were tints or not, Or if he bought them like that.

i tried looking for pics of them couldn't find any on the net if any one knows what im talking about please tell me where i can get them. ^^

Ok heres a pic i found its not these tail lights, i hate these but just imagine in the second pic its all black around the outside and just red in the middle can you get those type of tail lights like that??? or would just be tinted black?

LED lights?

the surrounds were probably tinted; I've got some of the all-red LED ones, (no clear shit here) and i'm yet to come across anything with black.

i suppose a tinting shop might be able to rig something up?
