+1, not only because then it's legal, but by then you'll have much more experience behind the wheel. I got my car after I'd been off my P's for years and it still scared the shit out of me at first.

+1 for that as well, pulling out of dealership and hitting boost for the first time on Parramatta road at 5pm is quite an experience.

At that stage I was running less than 200rwkw too, but going from an AU falcon station wagon with LPG to that.. wow.
