Slow start to the month.

Went and took a few pics of the girls car last night. I'm really trying to get my lighting right. Any tips, comments, advice, thoughts appreciated.

Nice work Matt! Looks great. Is the first pic over-saturated or is my monitor at work really bad?

Only thing i would change is add another flash/strobe to try get rid of the shadow under the front bar. Besides that, it looks sweet! Oh and the reflection in the windscreen on the first pic.

I've been trying to get rid of those wheels for about 3 years but they just stay there. I've called her on the tackiness, I've explained the physics of unsprung weight, I even found her the perfect set of wheels for it (CE28N's) with no success. She's planning on selling it soon anyway so I don't think the wheels are going before that happens.

Here's a second attempt. It's a lot cleaner. I cleaned up the whole picture. car, background, shadows, windows.

I think it looks a bit unnatural without casting a shadow.

What do you guys think? Looks nice and clean and almost professional, looks boring? Looks like a morning after dinner at an indian restuaant?
